    At FindMyCrib, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent rental experience. Our clear cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency.

    At FindMyCrib, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent rental experience. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

    1. Booking Amount (Non-Refundable)

    • Once the booking amount (equivalent to 5 days' rent) is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Upon payment, the listed property is marked unavailable for other potential tenants, and operational efforts are undertaken to secure the booking.

    2. Rent Payment & Cancellation Terms

    • The remaining 7 days' rent can be paid either at the time of booking or before moving in.
    • If a user cancels the booking after paying the booking amount or even after completing the full rental payment, the entire amount is 100% non-refundable.
    • Any last-minute cancellations or no-shows will also result in a forfeiture of the full amount.

    3. Policy on Property Unavailability

    • In rare cases where a listed property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, FindMyCrib will assist in finding a similar alternative.
    • If an alternative is not provided, the booking amount will be refunded in such exceptional cases.

    By making a booking on FindMyCrib, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We encourage users to confirm all details before proceeding with payments.
