Welcome to FindMyCrib! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

• "FindMyCrib" refers to the online rental platform operated by us.
• "User" refers to any person using our website, including property owners, tenants, and agents.
• "Services" refer to the listing, rental, legal, and customer support services provided by FindMyCrib.

• You must be 18 years or older to register and use our services.
• Users must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
• FindMyCrib reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading details.

• Flats: A 12-day brokerage fee is applicable.
• PGs: No brokerage is charged.
• Owners may opt for premium listing services at additional costs.
• Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

• Security deposits are handled as per the rental agreement and are governed by The Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• FindMyCrib offers free legal agreements for owners and tenants.
• In case of disputes, our legal team provides assistance but does not act as a court of law.

All rental transactions and agreements on FindMyCrib must comply with:

• The Rent Control Act (varies by state) – Governing rental property rights.
• The Registration Act, 1908 – Regulating property agreement registrations.
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – Ensuring tenant and owner rights.
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872 – Governing legal agreements between users.
• The Information Technology Act, 2000 – Protecting user data and online transactions.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or attempting to bypass brokerage fees.
• Listing properties without ownership or legal authority.
• Using FindMyCrib for unlawful activities, spam, or harassment.

• FindMyCrib acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for any disputes between owners and tenants.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website or error-free operation.
• Users agree that FindMyCrib is not liable for financial losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from rental agreements.

• FindMyCrib reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating our policies.
• Users engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities may face permanent bans.

FindMyCrib may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are governed by Indian laws.
• Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or through legal channels within the applicable jurisdiction.
