    Key & Document Delivery Policy

    Our policy for delivering property keys, rental agreements, and other important documents to ensure a smooth rental experience.

    At FindMyCrib, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery of property keys and legal documents. This policy outlines our procedures for delivering these essential items to ensure a smooth and secure rental process for both property owners and tenants.

    1. Key Delivery Options

    1.1 In-Person Handover

    • Our representative will arrange a scheduled meeting with the tenant for key handover.
    • Keys are handed over only after the verification of identity documents and rental agreement signing.
    • The tenant will be required to sign a key receipt acknowledgment.

    1.2 Property Owner Direct Handover

    • Property owners may opt to hand over keys directly to tenants after agreement completion.
    • FindMyCrib will coordinate with both parties to arrange a mutually convenient time.
    • Our representative may be present during the handover to ensure all terms are met.

    2. Document Delivery

    • Rental agreements and legal documents are provided in both digital and physical formats.
    • Digital copies are sent via email within 24 hours of finalization.
    • Physical copies are delivered during the key handover or within 3 business days via courier.
    • Important documents are delivered in sealed, tamper-evident envelopes for security.

    3. Delivery Timelines

    • Key handover is typically scheduled 24-48 hours after rental agreement signing.
    • Express key delivery can be arranged within same day for an additional fee.
    • Document delivery timelines depend on your location and delivery option chosen.
    • Weekend and holiday deliveries are available in select cities.

    4. Service Areas

    FindMyCrib offers key and document delivery services in the following cities:

    • Delhi NCR (All areas)
    • Mumbai (Central & Suburban)
    • Bangalore (All areas)
    • Hyderabad (Core city)
    • Pune (Core city)
    • Chennai (Select areas)
    • Kolkata (Core city)
    • Ahmedabad (Select areas)

    For locations outside these service areas, please contact our support team for customized arrangements.

    5. Security Measures

    • All key deliveries are handled by verified FindMyCrib representatives.
    • Our delivery personnel carry proper identification and authorization.
    • Keys are transported in tamper-evident security pouches.
    • Real-time tracking and delivery confirmations are available for all deliveries.
    • Biometric confirmation may be required for high-value property key deliveries.

    6. Rescheduling and Delays

    • Key handover appointments can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
    • In case of unforeseen delays, you will be notified immediately via phone and email.
    • For weather-related or force majeure delays, alternative arrangements will be provided.
    • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional delivery fees.
